Postdoctoral Fellow in Astronomy
I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in astronomy at the Center for Astrophysics | Harvard & Smithsonian, where I work on radio signals from the biggest explosions in the universe! You can download my full CV here!
I also am active in outreach- in particular, many know me for my “astronomer here!” comments as /u/Andromeda321 on Reddit.

My research
My research is in radio astronomy, where I look for changing signals from different astronomical phenomena- usually gigantic space explosions! You can learn more about my research interests on the “research” page.
Writing about science
Besides looking for transient signals, I also do some freelance science writing in several places. These have included Scientific American, Astronomy, Discover, and others! I have also written the astronomy section in the 2023 edition of Guinness Book of World Records!
